Get to the point by identifying your big idea, the main takeaway, and play to that alone.  There will be plenty of time to discuss the details later.  Avoid cluttering the big idea with extraneous bits of information, and instead opt for a single, simplified statement.

Once you have identified your big idea you need to MAKE IT BIG.  There are many possible ways to deliver your media message.  It is important to discover a method that will amplify the big idea, not compete with it.  Are you an established company with a new product?  Show it.  Are you a young startup looking to build brand awareness? Show it.  There is way too much noise standing between you and your audience.  Amplify your big idea with visuals that drive viewership.
